This Privacy Policy explains how ATLAS Planner handles information when users connect and manage social media accounts through the service.
ATLAS Planner may process account identifiers, channel or page names, platform-specific IDs, publishing status, post metadata, scheduled times, and media files selected by the user for publishing.
ATLAS Planner uses official OAuth flows provided by supported platforms. Access tokens and refresh tokens are not displayed in the frontend. Where supported by the current local architecture, credentials are stored securely and encrypted.
Media files are used for publishing and are treated as temporary staging files rather than a permanent content library. Files may be removed after they are no longer needed according to the configured retention policy.
Information is used only to connect authorized accounts, prepare posts, schedule publications, publish through official APIs, verify publishing status, and display operational status inside ATLAS Planner.
ATLAS Planner may communicate with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other supported services through their official APIs. Data sent to those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
ATLAS Planner does not sell personal data. Information is shared with connected platforms only as required to perform user-requested publishing and account-management actions.
Account connection metadata may be retained while an account remains connected. Temporary media files may be deleted after their publishing references become terminal and the configured retention period has passed.
ATLAS Planner uses project/account scoping, encrypted local credential storage where implemented, and access controls designed to prevent credentials from being exposed through the frontend.
Users can disconnect connected accounts from ATLAS Planner. Disconnecting an account removes or disables local access credentials according to the connector implementation.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, supported platforms, or data-handling practices change.
